Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Endless Software LLC ("we") and the business that uses DayVera ("you"), and they also apply to the people a business invites. Effective October 26, 2026.

Using DayVera

DayVera helps a business schedule its team, record time, message employees, prepare pay estimates and track equipment and permits. You're responsible for the accounts you create, for who you invite, and for the information you put in.

Pay estimates are estimates

DayVera adds up hours, overtime, tips and bonuses as an estimate. It isn't payroll, it doesn't pay anyone, and it doesn't withhold or file taxes. You're responsible for checking the figures and for paying your employees correctly under the law. Your official pay statements are the final record.

Your information

Your business's information belongs to your business. You let us use it to run DayVera for you, as described in our Privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to put your employees' information into DayVera and to have DayVera contact them about work.

Acceptable use

Don't use DayVera to break the law, to send messages your team didn't agree to receive, to try to reach another business's information, or to interfere with the service.

Text messages (SMS)

Program: DayVera account and sign-in texts, sent by Endless Software LLC. When you enter your mobile number in DayVera and ask for a code, we text you one-time sign-up and sign-in codes and short notices about your own DayVera account. We don't send marketing texts, and we don't send texts on behalf of other businesses.

Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel; you'll get one message confirming you're opted out, and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Price

DayVera is in early access and isn't sold through this website. Nothing on dayvera.team charges you. We won't charge a business without agreeing the price with it first.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DayVera running and may improve or change it. We'll give account owners notice of changes that take away something important.

Ending

You can stop using DayVera at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Either way, you can ask for your business's information.

Disclaimers and limits

DayVera is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Endless Software LLC is organized.
