Privacy policy

DayVera is made by Endless Software LLC ("we"). This policy explains what information DayVera and the dayvera.team website collect, why, and what choices you have. Effective October 26, 2026.

Two kinds of users

A business (for example, a shop owner) sets up DayVera for its stores and invites its employees. The business decides what goes into its account. For information about employees in a business's account, we act on the business's behalf, and the business is responsible for telling its team how it uses DayVera.

What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Early-access requests

When you ask for early access at dayvera.team/start, the form sends us your name, email address, business name, number of stores and any message you add. With it, your browser sends the address of the page you used, the time, and its browser identifier (the "user agent"), which help us spot duplicate or automated requests.

Your request is stored in a Google Sheet that Endless Software LLC keeps in its Google Workspace account; it arrives there through a Google Apps Script form handler. DayVera's founder reads each request. We use it only to reply to you about early access to DayVera. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell or share your request, and the form doesn't send you any automatic email; any reply comes personally from [email protected].

To have your request corrected or deleted, email [email protected].

Text messages

DayVera texts a mobile number only after the person enters that number in DayVera and asks for a code. The texts are DayVera's own account messages: one-time sign-up and sign-in codes, and short notices about the person's own DayVera account. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop. See how text messages work.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the text-message delivery provider that sends DayVera's messages on our behalf.

Who we share it with

Within a business's account, people see what their role allows: for example, managers see their stores' schedules and time records. We use these service providers: Railway (app hosting, database and file/photo storage); Telnyx (text messages); Apple, Google and Mozilla push services (phone notifications, only if you turn them on); Anthropic (the optional message helper — only the draft text the owner asks it to polish); Cloudflare (hosting for the dayvera.team website); and Google (Google Workspace and Apps Script, which receive and store early-access requests). They may use the information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Separate businesses stay separate

One business can't see another business's information. Stores that belong to separate companies keep their pay and data separate.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while the business uses DayVera. A business can ask us to delete its account information, and we'll delete it unless we must keep something by law.

The dayvera.team website

The website sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking scripts. Our website host, Cloudflare, keeps the standard technical records any web server keeps when a page is requested, and may count page views without cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. If you're an employee, start with your employer, who controls its DayVera account; you can also contact us at [email protected].

Children

DayVera is a workplace tool. Teens may use it when their employer invites them as part of their job. It isn't directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account owners.
