For Kilwins owners

From one owner to another.

DayVera was built by a Kilwins franchise owner to run their own two stores. DayVera is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kilwins.

Why we built it

Many of us moved from paper to Homebase, and it was a real step forward. As our stores grew, we needed more than a schedule: the freezer service, the health permit, the cash count at close, tips every pay period.

So we built one app that handles the whole store day, and we run both of our stores on it.

What it does in a store like ours

Scooper, candy maker, shift lead

Your positions, your hours, your staffing targets, published to everyone's phone.

The walk-in and the dipping cabinet

Service history and reminders, so the machines that matter most get serviced on time.

Tips and the cash count

Tip pooling as an estimate for payroll, and cash counts with photos sealed when confirmed.

Moving from Homebase

There's no automatic import yet. You add your store, positions and team in Setup, then send your team their invites by text. Your team keeps using their phones; they just open DayVera instead.
