# DayVera

> DayVera is an app for running a small shop: employee scheduling, a time clock on the employee's phone, team messages, pay estimates with tip pooling, equipment maintenance tracking and permit/license renewal tracking, across one or more stores. It was built by a Kilwins franchise owner for their own two stores, where it runs today. It is not yet open for signup.

- Messages: team messages, announcements with read receipts, attachments, push notifications.
- Pay estimates: hours, overtime, tip pooling and bonuses, as an estimate to check against a payroll provider.
- Maintenance: equipment list, service history, due reminders.
- Compliance: permits, licenses, insurance and inspections, with renewal tracking.
- Multiple stores: switch between locations; separate companies keep their pay and data separate.
